Blending faith, lived experience, and creative expression, Elesha’s work spans books, stage, film, music, and media. She is the author of Turning Points: A Journey For Life, a powerful memoir chronicling her journey through teen pregnancy, trauma, healing, and faith, and the Amazon best-selling Dashing Life Stories: A 30-Day Devotional, offering daily reflections grounded in spiritual truth and real-life experiences. Her literary work also includes two whimsical and meaningful children’s books, as well as the short story “U-Turn,” recognized by the Dallas Observer.

Elesha is also the writer of the faith-based stage play Life at the BAR, which she co-adapted into a screenplay, and the co-writer of Help Wanted, a film inspired by her life. She wrote and co-produced her debut single and music video, “DASHING,” now available on all major platforms—an anthem of perseverance, faith, and purpose that embodies the mission of The DASHING Nation™. Through these works, she is recognized as a true triple threat, excelling in oratory, literary, and musical expression.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, Elesha brings depth, compassion, and authenticity to every space she enters whether on the page, the stage, or in the boardroom. Her leadership and impact have earned national recognition, including selection by Goldman Sachs’ One Million Black Women initiative, Penguin Random House & Storehouse Women & Words, and Oikos Institute’s Fishing Differently Conference.
