PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Returns of physical products may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Company error or a defective product.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, the Company will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, excluding original shipping costs. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the issue is confirmed, the Company may, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
All sales of digital products, downloadable content, event tickets, and services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGES
The Company does not guarantee product exchanges. If an exchange is approved, customers may be required to return the original item and place a new order.
CANCELLED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Orders that are refused or returned due to incorrect address information, delivery failure, or customer refusal may be subject to restocking fees and original shipping costs.
