ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment is successfully completed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and fulfillment method.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are provided at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is subject to the policies and performance of the selected shipping carrier.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

At this time, DASHING Nation® ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future. Any updates regarding shipping locations will be reflected on the Site.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

The Company is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

DASHING Nation® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact the Company atinfo@dashingnation.com for assistance.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to the Company due to delivery failure, refusal, or an incorrect address, the Company may issue a refund excluding original shipping costs or arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense.

CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
